Job Description: We’re looking for a passionate Diversity & Inclusion Strategist to lead initiatives that create equitable, inclusive workplaces for our clients. In this role, you will research, design, and implement strategies that support D&I goals across various industries. You’ll collaborate with HR and leadership teams, deliver impactful training, and track measurable progress toward inclusion benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement D&I roadmaps tailored to client needs
  • Conduct training and awareness programs on bias, allyship, and inclusive leadership
  • Partner with HR teams to integrate D&I practices into recruitment and policy frameworks
  • Produce inclusion reports with measurable impact metrics
  • Stay updated on global and regional diversity issues to advise clients effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in DEI strategy, research, or consulting ( years)
  • Strong understanding of both global and local diversity challenges
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with underrepresented communities preferred

Job Location: Remote

Important Notes:

  • Strict adherence to client confidentiality and data privacy is mandatory.
  • This role requires occasional travel within India for client meetings and on-site training.
  • The successful candidate will be subject to a standard background verification.
