Job Title: PoSH Compliance Consultant

Required Experience: 3+ years

Primary Skill Set: PoSH Act, anti-harassment frameworks, training, audits, advisory, legal compliance

Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced PoSH Compliance Consultant to help our clients implement and strengthen their anti-harassment frameworks. You’ll conduct trainings, audits, and advisory sessions to ensure workplaces are safe, compliant, and inclusive.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver PoSH awareness and IC training sessions
• Conduct PoSH audits and policy reviews
  
• Support formation and functioning of Internal Committees (IC)
  
• Provide guidance on complaint redressal mechanisms
• Stay updated with legal amendments and case laws

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the PoSH Act and related HR/legal frameworks
• Prior experience conducting PoSH sessions (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Certification in PoSH or related legal fields is a plus

Job Location: Remote / Hybrid (India)

Important Notes:

• Strict adherence to client confidentiality and data privacy is mandatory.
• This role requires occasional travel within India for client meetings and on-site training.
• The successful candidate will be subject to a standard background verification.
