What is POSH and why is it important for my organization?

POSH stands for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace. It’s mandated by Indian law and ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Compliance not only protects your employees—it protects your organization from legal and reputational risks.

Yes. Any organization in India with 10 or more employees (irrespective of gender) must comply with the POSH Act, 2013. This includes forming an Internal Committee (IC), conducting awareness programs, and filing an annual report.
